Terms of Service

These terms cover the Galactic Command System Discord bot and its companion web dashboard (together, "the bot"), developed under Luksera Bots.

1. Acceptance of terms

By inviting, using, or interacting with the bot in any Discord server, or by logging into the dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of service

The bot provides Star Wars roleplay community tools, including announcements, a roadmap and taskboard, a partner list, and a virtual currency economy system with games (coinflip, dice, rock-paper-scissors, slots, roulette, blackjack). An optional web dashboard lets server admins configure these features and view usage.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the bot or dashboard for personal gain, such as duplicating virtual currency.
• Use the bot to harass, spam, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to bypass the permission restrictions your server's admins have set.
• Use the bot for any purpose that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Violating these terms may result in your access to the bot being restricted, or your server's access being revoked.

4. Virtual currency

All currency, balances, and in-game outcomes managed by the bot's economy system have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be purchased with real money, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside the bot. We may adjust, reset, or remove virtual balances at our discretion, including to fix bugs or exploits.

5. Availability

The bot and dashboard are provided "as is" and "as available," with no guarantee of uptime. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily makes the bot or dashboard unavailable.

6. Access and approval

New servers must request access and be approved before the bot becomes active there. We may approve, deny, or revoke a server's access to the bot at our discretion. Server admins are responsible for configuring the bot's permissions appropriately for their own community.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of virtual currency or items, server disruption, or other damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the bot or dashboard.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
