Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Galactic Command System Discord bot and its companion web dashboard (together, "the bot"), developed under Luksera Bots.

1. What we collect

• Discord identifiers — your Discord user ID, and the ID of any server you use the bot in.
• Economy data — virtual currency balances, transaction history, and outcomes of games (coinflip, dice, rock-paper-scissors, slots, roulette, blackjack), tied to your Discord user ID, generated when you use economy or game commands.
• Server configuration — settings your server's admins configure, such as permissions, roles, channels, welcome/leave messages, roadmap, taskboard, and partner-list entries, tied to the server ID.
• Dashboard login data — if you log into the web dashboard, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and the list of servers you administer, provided directly by Discord through its login system (OAuth). We never see your Discord password.
• Access request data — if you request the bot for your server, we store the requesting user's Discord ID and a snapshot of the server (member, channel, and role counts) to review the request.

We do not read or store the content of your regular Discord messages. The bot only processes the specific input you give a command (for example, an amount typed into /pay) to carry out that command.

2. How we use it

• To operate bot features: economy balances, games, permissions, announcements, roadmap/taskboard, welcome/leave messages, and similar tools.
• To enforce the per-server permission rules a server's own admins configure.
• To review, approve, or deny requests from new servers that want to use the bot.
• To keep an audit log of admin actions (for example, granting or removing currency) for accountability and to catch abuse.
• To show usage statistics on the dashboard so server owners can see how their community is using the bot.

3. Data storage and retention

Data is stored in a database and per-server data files on our own server infrastructure, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Data for a server is kept for as long as the bot remains active there. 4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except:

• Groq (AI provider) — when you use the /announce command, the text you submit is sent to Groq's API to polish the wording. Only that text is sent, not your Discord ID or other account data.
• Discord — as required for the bot and dashboard login to function at all.
• Where disclosure is required by law.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to remove your data by contacting us using the details below. If you're a server admin, removing the bot from your server and contacting us will remove that server's stored data, including the economy data of members within it. Because economy balances are tied to your Discord user ID within a specific server, they exist only as long as the bot is present in that server.
